Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application to Streamer University, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit an application.

2. Eligibility

To apply to Streamer University, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Have the legal right to travel to the event location
• Not have been previously banned from Streamer University events

3. Application Process

• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance
• All applications are reviewed at our sole discretion
• We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation
• Duplicate applications from the same individual will be rejected
• Application decisions are final and not subject to appeal

4. Content Submission

By submitting content (videos, photos, etc.), you:

• Confirm you own or have rights to the content
• Grant us permission to review and store the content
• Understand that content may be viewed by event staff
• Agree not to submit inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content

5. If Accepted

If your application is accepted:

• You may be required to sign additional agreements
• You must comply with all event rules and guidelines
• You consent to being filmed/photographed during the event
• Content created during the event may be used for promotional purposes
• Failure to comply with rules may result in removal from the event

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Submit applications on behalf of others without authorization
• Attempt to manipulate or circumvent the application process
• Harass or threaten Streamer University staff or other applicants
• Use automated systems to submit applications

7. Limitation of Liability

Streamer University and its organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your application or participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, travel expenses, lost income, or emotional distress.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Streamer University, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your application, participation, or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application system after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
