For account issues, application questions, technical problems (web or mobile app), or anything else, email us and we'll get back to you:

Application status: Check your email for updates, or reach out if you haven't heard back and expected to.
Signing in (web or mobile app): Sign-in is passwordless — enter your email, then a one-time code sent to your inbox. If a code isn't arriving, check spam/promotions folders before contacting us.
Portal / dashboard access: Accepted students, professors, and staff can access the portal once their acceptance email has been sent. If you believe you should have access and don't, email us.
